Job Summary:
Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours, regardless of physical location.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer.
- Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience is required).
- Familiarity with data modeling and query logic, leveraging MS-SQL or similar programming languages.
- Ability to extract, integrate, and analyze data from sources such as AllScripts SCM and Infinity databases.
- Experience working with Oracle Health Cerner Health Analytics/Population Health platforms to access and analyze data.
Healthcare Data Expertise:
- Competence with healthcare data sets, including clinical, administrative, financial, and operational data.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED.
Communication Skills:
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences.
- Capacity to present and explain data analysis results, findings, and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and actionable manner.
- Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding:
- Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
