Client Gould School of Law is seeking Exam Proctors to support its Academic Services team during Spring 2025 Final Exams. This is a temporary, on-campus position ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-stakes academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor exam rooms to ensure a quiet, secure, and distraction-free environment
Distribute and collect exam materials
Verify student identity and ensure compliance with exam rules and protocols
Provide clear instructions and assistance to students as needed
Report any academic integrity concerns or unusual incidents to the Academic Services team
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Qualifications
High attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and observant for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions precisely and enforce rules firmly but respectfully
Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled exam sessions
Experience in academic, testing, or administrative support environments is a plus
