Position Summary:
We are looking for a Sr. Integration Developer Analyst with proven experience in Soarian Financials to support system integration, configuration, and ongoing operational stability. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data and workflow integration across applications, maintaining high system performance, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize financial system processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Soarian Financials integrations to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, addressing bottlenecks or inconsistencies in data flows.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with a focus on minimal impact to daily operations.
- Document integration architecture, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into functional system changes or enhancements.
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Soarian Financials (required).
- Solid understanding of healthcare financial workflows and system integration best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
