We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including the CFO/COO. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative support tasks with minimal supervision
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Screen and route incoming calls; respond to a wide variety of inquiries
Manage and respond to emails, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate
Schedule and maintain calendars for appointments, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
Coordinate logistics and support for meetings and events, including preparing and distributing meeting notes and tracking action items
Manage general office duties including filing, ordering supplies, submitting and reconciling expense reports, and greeting visitors
Assist with the organization of department-wide meetings and events
Provide direct administrative assistance to the CFO/COO
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Prior experience supporting executive leadership such as CFO or COO
Experience coordinating cross-departmental meetings or events
